First of all, this guy signed for me and dispatched it when I called him to confirm the trailer were ready for pick up, his system showed that I had picked up the the trailer 2 hrs before I get to his lot. Upon picking up the trailer, he took pictures of my credit card back, front and my face, even though the transaction was posted and went through. This was not happened when I rented the trailer 8 months ago. I'm not sure if this is what Uhaul asked it for or this guy did it on his own. I worried fraudulent here. Secondly, he didn't assist me with the trailer hook up. I did it all of it myself. And all 4 tires were in different shapes and brand names. Sadly, I was 7.2 mile to home and one of the trailer tire exploded. It was 4:15 pm Friday on I45 @exit 97. We asked for help and didn't get help until almost 3 hours later. What upset me was the dispatcher said that I had flated tire in the middle of nowhere and ETA was off over 30 minutes. This is my hometown, the location that we need help isn't "nowhere" It's 5 minutes from tire shops, Walmart, HEB, Uhaul rental facilities... I have rented 3 trailers within 10 months, and 2 had exploded tires. I totally disappointed the way Uhaul handled my situations. Last time I waited almost 4 hours on I30, it were 5 minutes from the Little Rock AR. A big town on Monday at 11am. Uhaul did apologizes but things repeated again this time. How do I trust Uhaul services for my future movements? If ya'll don't answer my questions, then there's no way I deal with Uhaul again or recommend this company to anyone. Sincerely.

Unbelieveable INCOMPETENCE!!! The trailer wasn't even hooked up, and when my husband did it, the lights didn't work, items we reserved (packing blankets & furniture dolly) were nowhere to be found. Personnel there were clueless, didn't care, so WHY DID YOU WASTE OUR TIME WHEN THE ACTUAL U-HAUL FACILITY WAS A MILE DOWN THE ROAD?!!!? After driving to the U-haul down the road where staff had half a clue, I was then told I was supposed to take photos of the truck. This is something that should have been done with a walk-around with the one handing us the keys. Every time I tried to click the link and do the photos later, the link wouldn't work or was expired.

Yadian STruck was buried when I got there and the keys were not on truck for mobile check in. AI had to move a truck out of my way to get to mine through a very narrow fence.
