In the first place this is not where I was supposed to pick up my truck. Luckily I called to make sure the vehicle was ready before I went and was told to come here instead. They did not have the moving blankets that I had reserved and paid for and I was told I'd have to go to another location to get them and that they would be free. Well I guess so since I already had paid for them. It was a LIQUOR STORE!! It was very sketchy and I would not have wanted to be there by myself. They did not do a walk around with me or tell me anything. My reservation was messed up and we stood there for a long time trying to get our truck and even had to wait while they redid our reservation. It was a cluster. What you can do to improve? Don't rent trucks from this location. Actually have the truck where it's supposed to be. That would be a start.

Absolute nightmare. Took 2 and 1/2 hours to get the paperwork done. Then the extra equipment I needed they did not have. I said I have paid for it. I was told sorry we don't have that stuff. then after filling the truck up as it was on empty I found out there a hole drilled in the gas tank. so the gas I put in was flowing out. And the nightmare continues from there. Not enough space to type the 10 hour BS problems for this day.
