Everything was good and quick took me less than 10 minutes to go in get paper work done and have the traiker hooked up. The trailer clean and the staff was nice.

Clean and maintain your vehicles ! Confirm reservation (Madison Wisconsin Uhaul office) before one day ahead of time and do not expect people to fill out surveys when they pickup a vehicle mine was timed out! customers have to get on the road !
JOANNE MChelsea was helpful, while the men gave off the attitude that they could care less if you rented a truck or not. Also, the drive and parking lot has several VERY large potholes which should be filled even if only with gravel.;
