Don't change the reservation order at pickup to charge more than what was originally booked and if you tell the customer you are going to put the key under the seat so the other driver on the reservation can pick up after hours then actually put the key under the seat...don't do it the following morning and say it was always there. Ridiculous and I won't be back at this location again.

Eric Lthis location never has anyone on site! I was there for an hour trying to pick up a truck I reserved only to have to get something smaller that didn’t fit my needs. I was never provided a with a code to the lock box and no one ever answered the contact number. Horrible service!
TIKASIA Jlocation was closed on Sunday, so no one there to help., can't comment on personnel.
