How U-Haul Reviews Worklocation was closed even though the website said it would be open. Had to leave trailer in the street. Only saw 2 other trailers. Looks like rental options are few.
James LThe owner was one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. He hooked me up with a larger piece of equipment than I had initially wanted, but it was necessary, so I am not going to complain since I took more stuff with me than initially intended. He helped me get a hew hitch and was professional and polite.
Melissa JMy U-Haul trailer wasn’t properly checked in by U-Haul rep when I dropped off. U-Haul rep spoke to me and U-Haul rep and I took pics of trailer and he said I was good to go. I dropped off 2 days early and I was charged an extra day. Took 2 days of talkin to U-Haul reps on phone just to get it turned in by July 4 when actual drop off was July 3 and I was still charged an extra day.
Jason BYou need to stick to the quotes you give customers. Had to drive 60 miles to pick it up and after I dropped it off you charged me over $400 for going over the estimated mileage. It’s not like a person joyrides in a 20 ft truck. I stayed on the route and highways accordingly.
