Guy was sleeping in his camper. Told him we were on the way. He said we signed up for 24/7. Waiting for him to wake up. Then he struggles to even get us checked out. U-Haul made us drive 1.5 hours out of the way from Casper our move week to get the 26 footer from Lusk. Poor communication. Poor quality. It appears these other locations are just people wanting some side money but don't really care about their quality of service.
