The truck had visible frame damage and the wheels were misaligned so it vibrated heavily going over 30 miles an hour. In addition, the equipment that I had reserved was missing, which crossed difficulty for me during the move.

Mikebrown NFirst, I had to load all equipment myself as the gas station attendant couldn’t be bothered. Then, he gave me two bags of furniture pads and said “this should be 24” and it wasn’t, it was 12, so I was short for my move and had to use my own blankets and items to protect my stuff. Then, the worst of it all, I was driving the truck back and got caught in a massive rainstorm, and THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE NOT WORKING AT ALL. I HAVE A VIDEO OF IT. I took the truck straight back to the dealer and told them I didn’t feel safe stopping for gas because of the truck not working correctly, and they STILL CHARGED ME. I want a refund for putting my life in danger by giving me a non-functioning truck and obviously not even checking it. Even the attendant said that the truck has to be taken off the road immediately for inspection because of this issue.
