Uhaul confirmed my reservation without confirming the equipment was available with Easy Auto. I arrived to find no equipment prepared and no one available to speak with because the business was closed (absolutely not their fault though). Easy Auto somehow and miraculously appeared and was able to help out with our reservation and offer a different equipment, thank god, but I would definitely recommend not utilizing Uhaul's online booking tool because they may give you false information about equipment.

The trailer was way off balance and made for a long, loud, bumpy and treacherous drive.
brenna cThe return process was just as frustrating as the pickup process. I tried to use the QR code on the truck to complete the return, but it simply prompted me to download the U-Haul app. I do not want the U-Haul app on my phone just to return a truck. There should be a simple alternative. I ended up dropping the keys in the after-hours drop box and then had to return to the location the next morning to make sure the truck had actually been checked in by 10:15 so I wouldn't be charged for a second day. That created unnecessary stress when the truck had already been returned on time. That said, the gentleman working at the location was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to deal with, which I really appreciated. The people and the vehicle were good—the technology and return process need to be much simpler. Not everyone wants to download an app just to rent or return a truck.
