I forgot a bag of clothing in there with some 49er jerseys and I called back looking for them and was told they didn’t find them but I didn’t believe them I know Iforgot them in their truck and I know they found them and kept them and weren’t being truthful

Jesus EVery easy once you get used to the check-in via phone. Fortunately, the U-Haul help desk was there to answer any questions in real time. That meant a lot. The local facility where I picked up my U-Haul was very well maintained and had the truck ready to pick up well before I got there and in a location that was easy to find. The check-in went very smoothly and the man who checked me in was very polite and made it easy. I would definitely recommend this location.
ANDREA RThe only problem was , I had to drive 46 miles to pick up the equipment in Madera Ca, drive back to Oakhurst Ca, then to Turlock Ca. I made an effort to reserve equipment 10 days in advance but the Oakhurst and Coarsegold locations could not commit. I know this issue will probably be ignored, but I’m saying it anyway. Thanks
