Wipers sucked. When using wipers in the rain, it made the window more dirty and almost impossible to see. Rainx would've done better than no wipers.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDidn't do any extra driving between pickup location, drive to the house we were moving out of and then drove to the new house, unloaded and drove to the drop off location. But getting changed almost 90 dollars for extra miles on the uhaul. pretty freaking upset about that because it already cost us almost 4000 dollars to move and now you wanna change extra for something that should of been included. Not happy about this at all
Daniel WMy only interaction was after-hours drop off. There could be more signage on where to leave the truck.
Timothy HDon’t change my drop off location after I’ve already picked up my U-Haul
William HThe biggest hurdle to renting is scheduling online for a suitable time window and using the app for pickup. The location itself and the equipment was great.
