I walked around the building trying to find the entrance which was obvious after I found it. It's a little unassuming at first. But that was my mistake. The guy working the counter was helpful and prompt and professional. Adam Schultz (Field Manager) helped me when a previous reservation fell through. He actually tried to get a hold of me the day prior but I was working and missed the voicemail. After I realized what was going on and returned his call he got back to me while I was on my way to pick up a trailer in a town that had likely few of any trailers left. He wanted to find a suitable replacement but I said the trailer would work. He was able to use the reservation guarantee fund to cover the rental. I took him at his word and it was there after it was processed a few days later. I appreciate him getting ahead of a problem and dealing with it once it came up. Before calling Adam I spoke with Brenda on the line trying to figure out the issue before I realized I had a voicemail from Adam. She helped me find suitable equipment and she was very positive and had a professional demeanor. I got myself in a little hot water with my girlfriend because it pushed back our plans later on in the day but I realize that the person before me was in a pinch and a solution was found and compensation for time was provided which I appreciate.
Asa BI was disappointed that the truck was half empty for gas. The back of the truck had papers scattered all over that the person before me did not clean up. I was told that the charged per mile was going to change to .99$ due to the changes of my reservation but that was never updated by either representative that called me.
