My only interaction was after-hours drop off. There could be more signage on where to leave the truck.

Don’t change my drop off location after I’ve already picked up my U-Haul

Austin KYou guys charge extra money for no reason any time we get something from you guys. How can I get something from you? You give me your location to go and drop the car I drop the car and you charge me extra money that you sent me email to drop it. Another different place. What does that?
STEPHEN AThe overall experience was stressful. I only needed a 15ft truck for the amount of items I wanted to move. Bigger truck I DIDNT want to drive in a big city but felt I had no choice because you didn’t have the size truck I was comfortable with. The app at check in kept screwing up. Wouldn’t let my pictures of truck up load. After time on hold was told I could close out of app. Take pictures and keep them on my phone. Put me behind by 45 minutes. Ramp on truck was easy to get out and use. Our items in truck were hard to keep over back wheels so truck wouldn’t bounce. I now have neck pain due to this. Would’ve never happened with smaller truck. Drop off, first location was suppose to be Washington St. person working there was nice. He told us you was trying to call all morning to switch drop off location. This wasn’t true. I was called once at about 10am. I was driving that big truck wasn’t going to answer. Worker at drop off said you called him at 7am. Why so much time passed before you called me?? We then had to drive the truck to another drop off location that put more miles on the truck.
