I made the reservation weeks in advance. The truck was great, clean and in excellent working order. I had requested an appliance dolly, but one was not available. Not the locations fault, uhaul should ensure the location is provided the proper equipment or notify customer in advance that some equipment won’t be available.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe back of the truck had something extremely slippery in the back of it - like oil. Several people slipped in the back of the truck and fell. It needs to be sprayed out with a pressure washer. Someone also left a ton of cigarette ashes on the passenger floor. We don’t smoke
