The business was perfect. The guy was very nice and informative. He was thorough and made my check in/out experience very easy and clear. The actual truck itself was not. It was in pretty rough shape. The inside was held up with duct tape in certain areas, there were dents all over the outside, the wear and tear was highly visible, it looked and sounded like it was going to fall apart at any moment. On top of that, the inside was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to clean and sanitize the inside before we could even use it. I even found an old pair of socks under the seat. This was the second time we have rented a U-Haul and were shocked at the difference from the one we had in May compared to the one we had last week. I will use Tint Tex again but will be selective on the vehicle we take off the lot.
