william dThe car dolly was an issue. The web strapping that goes over the front tires would come loose and a few times completely off the tire. I have had this happen before when it should never have happened. I am very amazed that the car did not come off the dolly when both straps came loose. I have used these dollies before with no issues.
David WThe whole experience was great. Online reservation made it a good pick-up, and the staff was very friendly. Easy to find, and the truck was ready to go and in good shape.
