Original pick up location was changed with no notice. Had to drive 20 miles to another town to pick up the trailer Found out the original pick up location has been closed for almost a year?? No one was present at new location. A note on the counter to call for assistance No answer. Very sketchy hotel. Signs of drug use and suspicious persons around. Only trailer available was old the paint was coming off and the the passenger side lights did not work for running lights but did work for turning signal and brakes. When the lady arrived after 25 mins. She seemed overwhelmed stating that she was running the U-Haul, and 2 motels. Safety chains were way too long.

Christopher FThe person meeting me in the parking lot said park the trailer in this spot and walked off.While walking away said I will send you a email. I asked her about the paperwork and she said that has to be done by U Haul .
RANDY STrailer lights for running and right turn did not work. Dealer checked the lights while I worked the controls and claimed all worked. We discovered the issue after sunset and were forced to get a room and wait until sun up to continue.
