My experience was absolutely horrible! Pick up location showed Southside rental in Bloomington Indiana only to find out that I was relocated to a location in Martinsville. The employee at Southsdie rental was absolutely rude, in person and on the phone. He has no business interacting with the customers! The Martinsville location was friendly, efficient and helpful.

Richard CShowed up to pick up my trailer and nobody was there. Waited 20 minutes and got a call stating to just pick the trailer up and leave. Nobody was there to help me hook the trailer up considering they aren’t equipped with trailer jacks. I did not receive the safety inspection that was agreed upon when I booked the rental which made me feel extremely unsafe pulling a trailer I wasn’t sure was hooked up right. Overall waste of money and will never use uhaul again after this regrettable experience.
