This was a dark, gravel/dirt parking lot that was hard to find. I dropped off after hours and there was no signage and no posted instructions. The location then charged me for 70 miles that I did not use and for gas after I filled the tank 0.5 miles from the dropoff. They did not check the vehicle in until after it was due for return the following day, although they rightfully did not charge a late fee.

This location was in the middle of no where with not much around. It seemed to be a junk yard with stray cats jumping into our vehicle. The U-Haul small building was locked. I expected someone with a chainsaw to come out from one of the buildings and chase us off the property. I had to call U-Haul for help and they said they didn't even know where I was dropping off the truck because it was not entered into the system. I found this odd since I was given this address several days before our trip. Again, I was told that I was not provided with checkout information so we had to do this all with the app. This delayed us 30 minutes. A horrible experience.
Ted PWe got there in there around 3 pm (hours were advised as 8am-8pm) and the office was locked. So we ended up going on the app and doing a self return. I didn’t interact with anyone and never went into a building.
Jennifer JDid not talk to anyone - it was a sketch location
AARON BThis location was a mess. It looked like it may have been at someone's home. There was a separate building next to the home that had a U-Haul sign on it. There was U-Haul trucks and trailers all over the place. What appeared to be broken down civilian vehicles. Stray cats everywhere, which wear in the way on dropping the trailer off. The location was tucked back in the woods and looked and felt very sketchy. Once I dropped my trailer off, I tried to use the app for the drop off but the app return section was not working and informed me that I needed to call U-Haul. I called and was not able to connect with an agent, so I scheduled a call back. Both times U-Haul called me back, my phone rand once and when I answered U-haul hung up on me right away. It was not until the next day before I was able to speak with a customer service agent. I ended up getting charged an extra $21 for a late return, even though I returned the trailer on-time. I tried to call U-Haul about the charge, but was not able to connect to an agent. This experience with U-haul will probably be my last. I will arrange to rent a trailer from another source as I am not happy with U-haul at all.
