Electronic line on first trailer was not connected to anything. Switched to a different trailer and was given an extension cord that was very long and frayed. A good fix would be for U-Haul to have someone come out and rewire these trailers as it is a known problem. Adding stress to the customer And your agent probably not a great business plan. Plus, app kinda stinks. One mistake and a person has to start all over

Low gas to start was a inconvenience, and was unable to return it though the app, not sure what was happening with that.

Brett WSince I returned equipment after ACE had closed I put the key in the bin. Well, for some reason I got charged a late fee (even though truck was returned within the window time I rented it) and who knows why else but $97??? You crazy for that. The truck was dirty and sticky when I picked it up and I did not receive the equipment I paid for. Which I’ll take fault since I didn’t check the back of the truck before leaving.
Savannah NMy recommendation is on the app have both the odometer gas gauge photo and the vehicle photos all together at the end. So that it’s all at once. We returned our key and then had to peek in the windows for some photos
