Gates closed. Difficult to find even with GPS. Staff unhelpful and not in the office. Thankfully I had a phone to call them back to the office during business hours. Hours on door don't match online hours. No internet for days aborting according to the not on the window. Told to check out in myself by calling UHaul. Staff never looked at the equipment. After sorting on hold I was told by customer service that the site worker already checked it in so apparently the worker lied about not being able to do her job and just wanted to be lazy. When I left the gates were wide open and no staff in site so anyone could have stolen the equipment and i would have been liable.
