Initial location was closed even though they knew I was arriving. Closed by 3:40 pm. Elite Autos- 3815 Winchester RD., Memphis TN 38118. I would not use this location as an agent if I owned U Haul.

The person receiving the truck was rude and stated “I am not uhaul, I am mini storage” when we returned the truck at the correct gas level (the same as we received it). She charged us $25 without reason.
Angie CThere was only 1/4 of a tank of gas in the truck. It was absolutely filthy on the inside. There was oil in the truck that caused dark spots on my furniture. No one had cleaned the truck, seemingly ever. The steering wheel was sticky. I wish I had gloves because it was so nasty.🤮
Lawanda MNo actual person on site to talk to, written instructions were confusing. Office there despite no one being inside. Not explicitly told we were supposed to check in online, had to call and have the automatic operator mention it and basically had to put two and two together on my own. We were charged for two extra days despite turning the U-Haul in on time. It registered the drop off on Monday even though we turned in the truck on Sunday.
