How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck I was assigned in the app was parked behind another truck. It took 10 or more minutes to get it changed with the station attendant. If I was picking up the truck without someone there the app wouldn’t have worked for me. I’m sure I could call U-Haul and get it fixed but that’s time wasted.
Doug WThis U-Haul did not leave the truck or they said they would I had trouble pulling out. The truck sounded like it was gonna explode the entire time I had it. Upon drop-off, they changed my drop off location, which changed my mileage, which is the reason that I’m not paying the unpaid balance. Customer service was zero help because it was a Sunday. completely disappointed.
