They did not have the equipment that I reserved and still charged me for it. The gas was wrong on the truck and I got charged a gas fee. In order to rent another truck I had to pay to get off of e- alert because the dispute process takes 24-72 hrs so they just get free money.

You can have a more professional location, not a petting zoo that smells like a petting zoo and with no AC in the middle of summer in July! I had flies on my arms and legs, sweat running down my back, my front, my arms were sweating. It was disgusting inside. The smell and the heat was unbearable.

Richard JVery happy with my experience. I had a last minute pickup early Monday morning. I found the Hawes bEs like carikn to be open. But I rolled in with 10 minutes to spare before close. I fully expected to be turned away, but was welcomed with open arms. Gentleman took very good care of me and my request. He operated quickly to get me out of there as timely as possible, while working through system glitches. Would go out of my way to use this family again.
