JEROME MMark was super helpful. Great experience.
Jordan Heverything about the pick-up experience was terrible. no internet connection, my photos were at night given my pick-up time and they would never be accepted, stuck at the approval process and I had to call, which was no help. Finally, when I was approved, couldnt open the lock. it wasnt until the guy who lives there who entered a passcode on a tablet and was able to open it and retrieve the keys when I was finally able to get the truck.
Blake GVery helpful and professional the staff was helping me with my return of the truck and all equipment I rented. They were my final destination and drop off location team. Thank you once again.
