Arrived at location with a reservation, told the truck was out of service. I rented a one way truck, had to pay for a local truck and return it to this location. This was my second cancellation reservation, do better UHaul……

MARVIN HWhen I reserved a truck I was given one location. When I added an auto transport I was given another location to pickup truck, and then a different location for the transport. When it came time to pick up transport I called the location and they did not have a transport there only a tow dolley. I canceled the transport then, as I believe that they were goi g to send me to yet another location. I was not happy regarding the transport.
Dawn AGood guy super nice. Had no problems dropping it off. Called to see how to drop it off after hours and I was given good clear instructions to drop off the trailer
Marek DMike was great to work with, he was friendly and accommodating to rent a motorcycle trailer for a couple of weeks for a trip. The Return process was great, I was able to return the trailer after hours with no problem. Very nice.
