I can’t really rate this location because I did an after hours drop off, but I will say the signage to this building is nonexistence if I didn’t know the area I would not have been able to find this location because when you pull into the lot, it’s a self-serve storage facility after I drove around the building without seeing the U-Haul office and drove back around again I had to get out of my vehicle and physically walk around the building to find the U-Haul office location. They need to put some signage on the building and make sure you can see the U-Haul location from the road .You cannot see it from the road because of the hedges that are in front of the building.,when you’re driving by because there’s no signage on the building at all. The only way I found it was by walking and seeing a small U-Haul sign in the window beside the storage facility building.

BRIAN MEmployee was late to opening store by about an hour. Then she made me wait to get service.She said she sent me a code, but the app wasn't working. When i returned later that day for the return, the employee was gone again and was going to be a half hour until she returned. i then got charged a $20 after hours service fee when i returned the truck 16 hours in advance. Absolutely ridiculous! I also saw her her giving another customer the same attitude she initially gave me when she was late to opening the store. He was upset because he wasn't given a code and she wasn't there during hours of operation.
