Juanita TI chose this location primarily based on proximity and the listed opening hours. I arrived during opening hours but was told the UHaul person was not there and would check things out the next day. The store staff was very accommodating but the procedures seemed to be unclear and not very secure. I was able to return the vehicle successfully and it worked out but I did not know that at the time off the drop off, which is unsettling.
