When I was getting a U-Haul, I grabbed a cup of coffee as there was coffee left out for customers however, there was no covers that I could see. I asked the owner if you could tell me where the covers were and he said we don’t have covers this is in the coffee house. I felt that was very rude and uncalled for and just because of that fact alone I would never be back. You don’t need to be rude to a customer when they ask you a simple question. I will absolutely never be back again to this location and I would never recommend it to anybody.

Edgar AU-Haul made a mistake on recoding a charge from a previous rental that caused the store manager (and me) to waste valuable time on the checkout. The driver side floor of the van was filthy.
