Everyone should be knowledgeable of the services you offer. (Uhaul was not her strong suit, very sweet, but not helpful where we really could've used it. There were so many times we could have utilized someone with the knowledge over the uhaul rather than having to consistently call someone else for help. Especially when dealing with uhaul aka moving/hauling anything- you would prefer a smooth quick transaction and that lady was rather bombarded with the 600 page print job from one and a host of packages to get sent off from other customers. She was really sweet and patient, I don't fault her at all! Also having to pay for 2 days and we needed the two equipment pieces for literally hours, that was a bummer. Mileage was incorrect and couldn't correct it through the app, whether it is one mile off or two, we get charged by mileage so accurate would be preferred. Just know to do business elsewhere.
