No need for improvement. The gentleman from whom we rented from was very friendly. It was storming when we rented the tow hauler but he went outside in the storm and helped us connect to our truck. Me personally, I feel like he went above and beyond his job. For that we are very grateful. We will only rent from him. So he has a customer for life. And we have recommended him to others.
