i was charged $600 MORE than my reservation showed. girl was very friendly and polite but said she couldn't do anything.

mike sDash indicated low tire pressure but the sensor was broken. I had to go and check to make sore tires were ok which took time out of getting out as quickly as possible. Van was under the half tank mark also
Sandra HI was dropping off a large trailer with no trailer jack. There was no one at this location able to assist me. There were no pull through spots for the trailer. No help backing the trailer. No help lifting the trailer off the hitch. No chocks available to prevent the trailer rolling (the spots are not level). No help chocking the trailer. I will never use this location again. I'm less likely to use U-haul again just because of the experience at this location. My wife would have been unable to drop a trailer off at this location, as would a number of people I know. The one person there running the computer to do the check in was nice enough and professional enough, but totally unavailable and unable to help. Not their fault, it's the business model of the location that is miserable.
