The equipment was clean but the truck was already dented in several locations and the truck had an oil leak. The tires also appeared to be getting very close to needing replaced. I do not blame the business, I blame U-Haul for poor service records.

Fred NI initially booked my U-Haul at a location close to home and it showed the U-Haul and dolly I wanted was available. Closer to my pick up date they changed the location on me making me waste about 15 miles just to get the U-Haul home and they told me even though I paid for a dolly they didn’t have one on hand. I had to sweep out the back of the U-Haul before loading my stuff and the U-Haul might have some sort of engine problem it didn’t run smooth at all.
