Phyllis BThe U-Haul trailer was lacking practical features. It didn’t offer a means to lock the trailer to the truck to deter theft. It didn’t come equipped with a trailer or tongue jack to raise and lower the trailer tongue onto the hitch ball. You have to physically lift it up to set it on the ball.
