Renting a U-Haul trailer was a total nightmare and I will never rent another one again!! First we were suppose to pickup one in hazen and they didn’t get one so then we went to Bismarck and they didn’t tell me we had to have it back 2 days later at the same time we picked it up which would not have worked until we drove for over a hour to get one. I was told this when we went to pick it up. So we had to drive another 2 hours one way to Mott and picked one up there. (Which the guy there was awesome) when the guy from Dickinson called me to finish the contract it said we were a no show so they cancelled our contract. So he had to redo it again!! We got everything fixed and on our way. This is the first and last time I will rent one. We will buy our own trailer and not have to deal with this BS.
