I’m still waiting for a call back. Returned the keys in the store. They said I was all set. They didn’t want to look at the truck. Just said I was good. Days later trying to charge me $50 for folding furniture pads. Next time send someone to look at the truck or tell me to do the online checkout. Very poor service. Still waiting for a call back 24 hours later on a resolution to the fine. I also did not see any sign about folding them. I was never told to fold them. It might have been 10 furniture pads not folded.
