Mario MThe gentleman who assisted me at the Mt Shasta location was pleasant, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable! I was in and out within 20 minutes. If I were in that area again, I would definitely use this location and/or refer to others. The truck was sitting there ready to go and was clean. 🙂 🔺Conversely, the location at the Liquor Warehouse in Weed, CA was a horrible experience! The guy working there did not appear to know Anything about rentals, customer service or how to troubleshoot to assist the 2 customers (myself included) with our rentals. We both (not together) had to call the 800 customer service to sort out our rentals. I actually had to double back to Mt Shasta to get mine. In addition, (sadly) he appeared to not have a functional command of English and we had to ask him to speak up and repeat himself several times. Now, in these times, I am certainly not reporting this because I want to see anyone lose their job, but some Serious changes need to happen for that location to avoid the frustration (and a bit of anger 😠 ) that I (and the other customer) experienced. Also, I have since heard that the Weed, CA location “may be the worse Uhaul location in the country” 🙁 Please feel free to reach out cor more details on either of my experiences.
Timoune BMy only complaint was that the truck’s ramp was VERY hard to move. It needs some cleaning or grease or something. Otherwise it was a great experience and the service was excellent.
Rebecca Isaris was very easy to work with. trailer was ready to go and was in and out very quickly.
