Nothing. Everything was great. Kelly provided excellent customer service too. My first time ever renting a Uhaul was a great experience!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad the best experience picking up and dropping off a U-Haul trailer. Autumn was able to support my picking up on a Sunday even tho it was outside their business hours. I then arrived early, and they still helped me. They were very patient in making sure the information was loaded right into the system for my rental and helping to hookup the trailer, ensure everything was secure, and confirm all the lights were working. Turn-in was also a breeze as I was able to drop off early, but they had let me know they could support even an evening drop off if needed. Very pleasant and low-stress experience! Also nice ample room to turn and back the trailer.
Ariana MKelly was kind and understanding! Thank you for being flexible with us!
