Extremely unhappy, they charge the wrong card, trying to get my money back from the one card and put it on the card that they were supposed to put it on. It was a military move and they put it on a personal card instead of the military card not happy at all still waiting for a callback.

FRANK EPinnacle storage provided a clean Uhaul truck & requested equipment. They called the afternoon before to inform us they didn’t have the blankets. I called another location, Wise Auto & they had the blankets. I was told by Pinnacle they sometimes have blankets but was informed that they don’t like to deal with them so they simple tell customers they don’t have them. That’s a disservice to customers & a lack of good customer service.
