Pinnacle storage provided a clean Uhaul truck & requested equipment. They called the afternoon before to inform us they didn’t have the blankets. I called another location, Wise Auto & they had the blankets. I was told by Pinnacle they sometimes have blankets but was informed that they don’t like to deal with them so they simple tell customers they don’t have them. That’s a disservice to customers & a lack of good customer service.
