overall i have had good experience with uhaul and this location. the gas level was below 1/4 tank when i picked up the truck so i had to fuel it from the start. take pictures of the odometer and gas gauge when you both pick it up and drop it off. For UHaul: i did have to call uhaul for their overcharges but they were very helpful and friendly, the humans i spoke with spoke crystal clear, were not ignorant or rude. they were very patient, friendly and listened. if you do leave more fuel in the tank when you return it, you will be entitled to a fuel credit.
Paul LI drove 13 miles and they added a $20 gas charge.
