This was my worst U-Haul experience every. I would advise you to look else where for your U-Haul needs. On day of pick up at 1600 no one in the office. Had to sign in to virtual manger 1st time told to go scan code for U-haul pick. My phone would not down load the app. Call U-haul direct. Was advised anothe way to get truck with out downloading app. Which said I need counter service help. No one to be found. Back to another virtual manger, I preregister online before pick. Virtual Manger asked for everything plus extra questions. Could nto get lock box open. Pissed off cussing at a box. Finally on site suppourt guy showed up. Asked what my problem was I told him I was pissed off trying to get rental for over 1/2 an hour now then he told me I have not been there that long he was in office helping some one at 1600. The guy lied. Plesae go somewhere else!

Clean the inside cab. The dash and cupholders were coated with sticky grime and dirt. The steering seemed loose and brakes moaned. This was probably because the vehicle had over 130,000 miles on it. It was ok for the short local move, but I would t have felt comfortable taking it on a longer run.

MARK ADid not have my dolly in the truck which I paid for. I notified customer service of this, but haven't received my refund.
Eric RIt was a virtual person at first, was fine ok I guess, I prefer a person. Then manager came fairly soon he was very fast sent receipt immediately via email.
