Easy check-in and check-out. The van I got was older but in good shape.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure to provide equipment that’s booked. I’d booked a 15’ and got a 10’ truck.
Raunak SFirst time renting, overall was a good experience. Service was very good and quick..
Gordon BAll super smooth and efficient
Andre BTire was scalloped and vibrated the heck out of us in the SUV. Vibes started about 60km and got worse with speed. I showed the U-haul rep at the pick up site and he said there was lots of tread and U-haul will not replace it. I cancelled my reservation for the following Monday and rebooked for another location in hopes I get a better trailer.
