Truck was left with garbage inside and empty gas tank. I had pick up set before the stores open hours which is a gas station and had to drive far out of my planed path of travel to find an open gas station to fill up. Fuel light was on before I reached it.
Mark WExcellent experience! I rented a car from this location and was highly satisfied. The customer service was excellent, and the vehicle was in great condition. Returning the car was also quick and seamless. I highly recommend them!
Gregory STruck box was not cleaned. The truck’s dome light stayed on while I was driving, which was very distracting, especially at night. It made the trip less safe and more stressful. The vehicle should have been checked before being rented out. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers don’t experience the same problem.
