Rental agent was away when I arrived. I had to call to get her to come back. The 10' truck felt used up. It ran OK but was sluggish and loud. It was flashing the tire symbol and 'service tire monitor now' when I brought it back. The air conditioning only worked on MAX and only sometimes. Nothing worked at lower speeds. ALL Trucks should have Cruise Control!!!!

Tracey BThis is NOT the drop off location. The actual dropoff location was Azalea Ave, RIchmond, VA. The Azalea Ave location is far from clean and inviting; in fact, it is a dump in a scary neighborhood.
CHARLES STurned trailer in 2 days early no personal available. Called phone number taped on door left message and my call was never returned. I called several times after and even a day after and called all numbers given to me with no reply. Was hoping to get a refund for turning it in early but wasn’t checked in by this location until my 4 days was up. I have rented numerous equipment from U-Haul in the past year and I am very disappointed.
