The person at the pick up did not properly check the trailer to make sure all safety matters were taken care of. The truck ran horribly fairly made it when called the assistant at the U-Haul at the pick up was very rude and didn’t act like it was their problem waited three hours for roadside assistance had to get a hotel room because it took so long to get it fixed. Reservation was messed up three times and we were told that it was OK to bring it back at less than a half a tank only to be charged an extra $23. Unacceptable.
