Jean MI took a 6 x 12 trailer from New Braunfels, TX to Tulsa. OK which is 525 Miles I made the trip in 8 hrs. U-Haul charged me $490.00. The trailer that I had was transferred to my brother in Tulsa and he took it to Seward, NE which is which is 450 miles. U-Haul charges my brother $190 for a 1-day trip. Why is my trip so much more expensive and why did I get charged for three days. I would like a refund for the two days I didn’t have the U-Haul trailer. I have used U-haul many times and this seems really unfair. I consider it a ripoff and I do like Yelp. Please follow up with me.
