Please note that you did not ask me to rate the UHaul system or website which was awful. Mid trip you changed my return location which did not work for my plans and then that location called, texted, and emailed but could not answer my questions on why I had been switched and how to return my reservation to the original plan. I was unable to reach anyone to get this straightened out and the website did now allow me to change the drop-off back to my original location. I dropped off at Art's Rental anyway, which caused confusion but the proprietor was able to check me in. Overall, nothing except the beginning and end location worked for me.
