Absolutely so rude. Wouldn't hear me out about mix up with miles allowed, as they last minute changed my pick up location. Then they charged me for the miles I drove to pick it up, after they told me that, because they switched it last minute, they would add 100 miles. They were really rude about everything.

Michael EExcellent check in despite it being a busy time for them. The owner, Pete, even helped with the walk around and did the extra mile by doing a quick blow out of the cargo area. Those cargo vans really get good gas mileage too. Returning the van was equally smooth. Great teamwork, Southside Marathon!
