Jason was an incredible agent and I am grateful for his help. Truck was great. Return was easy. Truck rental is very very costly but overalk worth it. Would HIGHLY recommend offering step stools for trucks without running board sides. Almost impossible for my family member riding with me to get in. I had to leave her in parking lot in 100+ weather to run across street to targer to buy a step stool in Columbia, MO we were only halfway to our destination and 180 miles from home. It was very embarrassing for her she said. She had gotten earlier with a slight struggke but as day wore on and heat increased it had become more difficult.
