Manish SThis was a experience straight out of an Adam Sandler movie, and not one kf the good ones. I walk in and it 105 degrees outside, no AC in the building. The very front kf the building is all broken furnature and no workers in site. After walking into the next room (with no direction) and still see no one. Just an ungodly amount of boxes, tape and locks from Uhaul. I scan the room and see a guy in the next room over, so now Im three rooms into this furnature filled fire harard, and theres a sweaty man wearing a dirty white t-shirt laying in a recliner without shoes or socks sleep with his mouth open. What is this place?!? What do I do?!? I try to wake the guy up (clearly by calling out to him because Im not touching this guy). After multiple attempts of talking to yelling this guy is out, dead to the world...shoukd I check his post at this point? Still not touching this guy so no. I go outside and try the mobile pick up, of course the app isnt working. Luckily I see a guy cleaning the uhauls and asking him if he works there (because lord knows at this point). He does, Im grateful. He runs inside, literally, and shakes the guy awake. I walk in a minute afterward and sleepy not so beauty is now awake, eating some kind of melon with his nare hands out of a clearly well used container. Chewing with his mouth open may I add. Without getting up, he asks "you here to pick up?". Frustrated, I respond "oh dont get up the other worker should be able to help me right? He gets up anyways, walks over to the counter after closing the recliner and putting on his sandles and asks for my information. After locating my reservation, he has the nerve, the audacity to ask "will you be using the $15.00 or $30.00 dollar insurance" as if I dont know I can reinburst for damages. I wouldnt have even left a bad review if he didnt attempt to blindly upsale me after all that. He didnt walk me through anything just handed me the key and I had to find the truck myself. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my entire life and that is no exageration. This guy needs not to be affiliated with Uhaul. Please do us all a justice. Please I beg.
