The self-pickup app didn't work. After entering all the info, taking pictures, having it call my contact, it led me no where and I had to start over! I go the same results a 2nd time so I had to call the support center. None of the menu options included "problems with self-pickup" so I had to select something. After about 3 minutes on hold, I got to a rep who advised me to use the web site instead of the app. This worked! It's clear the app is broken and should be fixed or disabled so customers don't waste their time! Also the vehicle steering was very loose. It steers like a boat. When I returned the vehicle, I made sure to do so during business hours to avoid the hassle of the self-service nightmare. Chiefs made it VERY easy for me. The process was like night and day.
