there was no running lights at night on the back of the trailer driving in the dark, turn signals worked and hazard lights but during in the dark was very difficult to see the end of the trailer

The trailer had dirt and small rocks in it, though the price was good, so I rented it anyway
BRIAN TThe vehicle was parked in a good spot however I don’t believe the vehicle was ever looked over after the prior rental. There was plenty of dust and debris inside of the box on this U-Haul. The biggest issue was the passenger window had been left down and it had rained during the night and early morning when I was picking up my rental. The passenger seat was completely soaked with water all over that side of the cab. The other biggest issue I had was getting the images to properly upload during pickup. I went back to add another photo of the window down wince I noticed during the walk around and it glitched out all pictures and I was not able to upload photos except for one and only when I took the picture selected “keep photo” and then swipe back out and then it would appear with only the most recent photo. Trying to get the photos to actually upload leaded me to getting drenched in the rain. Another thing to note about the condition of the vehicle is the steering did not feel great due to the steering wheel having to be constantly tilted left too keep it driving straight.
Jarom NI made my reservation closer to my home. They told me my truck would be there. I went to pick it up.. they didn't have it there and told me I had to go to this new location, which was further away from my home - which cost me more for the truck than I was planning on. If you make a reservation at 1 location, and they say they will have the truck there, they should follow through with that and not send you somewhere else! This site was well maintained and the people were very nice. It's just frustrating having to go further away from my home and pay extra mileage.
