I made an online booking for 8am, and when I got to the location, an agent over the phone told me there was no staff on site until 9am and there were no keys left for me to use. This delay cost me dearly, as I manage a food bank and had to made multiple other pick ups and get to the food bank location on time to set up and not have clients waiting. (All in the Cards was fine, it was the initial location on Sheppard East that is responsible)

The van was not clean. There was no wind screen washer.
Michelle MThis is the worst place in Canada to rent a U-Haul. Two days after I dropped off the truck, they called to tell me they were going to report it to the police, claiming I hadn't returned it. So, what is the point of the app requiring so many photos and steps for the return process if they’re just going to accuse me of being a thief? I consider this a very serious matter. They called me a thief without even checking if the vehicle had been returned—even though they had charged my credit card 150 CAD for the rental two days prior. They never sent an email; I only received a call, where the caller refused to give their name and tried to intimidate me. It is truly unfortunate that this location is still serving customers. I hope they contact me

MEHRDAD DKey wasn't were it was supposed to be. Even the agent on the phone was surprised when I called. Took me an hour to get my van and when I finally found the key and started it, the gas was at empty. Messed up my whole well planned out day just because they can't communicate or fill a van up.
