How U-Haul Reviews WorkI found garbage left inside the rental truck from the previous renter. The truck should have been properly cleaned and inspected before it was given to me. I would appreciate better cleaning and inspection between rentals to ensure the vehicle is ready for the next customer

Felipe LThere was an inconsistency between what I was told during the booking and the pick up. When we booked the van on the phone, the agent told us there would be space for 3 people to sit- this was incorrect. The doilie we booked was also unavailable, although the shop gave us a different one for free. It was less helpful though because of the design. The booking agent should be better informed!!! The location itself was good!!
Masarrat QI made an online booking for 8am, and when I got to the location, an agent over the phone told me there was no staff on site until 9am and there were no keys left for me to use. This delay cost me dearly, as I manage a food bank and had to made multiple other pick ups and get to the food bank location on time to set up and not have clients waiting. (All in the Cards was fine, it was the initial location on Sheppard East that is responsible)
