William Schange the overall customer service experience. i reserved trailer 2-3 weeks in advance and i still had to drive approximately 50 miles thru downtown toledo to pick it up. i requested a discount for inconvenience and was told to take it or leave it. i was charged for the insurance even though i told them that my insurance would cover it
