Overall the truck was great and the staff was great. I had scheduled the truck pick up at 4:00 pm on Friday, and at 3:58 pm I received a text saying that the pick up location had changed. The new pickup location was 40 minutes away during rush hour traffic. I was on a time crunch due to work, and the new pickup location wasn’t going to work for me. The representative was very helpful and set me up with a 10’ truck at the location listed on the order because that was all that was available within a reasonable driving distance. However, the 10’ truck turned out to not be big enough for all of the items I had to move, and I had to make alternate plans to come back and move additional items over the weekend. Staff and the equipment at both locations were great, but the overall experience for me was not as smooth as I would have expected.
