I ordered the truck for Attleboro U-Haul location. I don’t order it for Mansfield in Chauncy street or this location. I was sent all over the state for a truck that I booked 2 months before the pick up on the day of pick up. Extremely frustrating experience. And these random locations don’t have any idea how to process anything and don’t have any supplies (blankets/dollies). Unbelievable!! What a frustrating experience this has been!!

Andrea AService was good.
Stephen BI had a great experience. When I called to check in to see if I could get off the waitlist, the person at the call center went out of her way to make sure that I got a vehicle for my son's move. Your customer service agent went above and beyond and was so kind and helpful. I am so grateful.
